Google Calendar

Hi all,
I took the frames off the calendar page online. Now the calendar's bigger and easier to read.
http://www.fordlibrary.org/calendar
I also changed the name from TFML=>Thomas Ford Memorial Library Calendar

Should I say something about contacting the reference desk to reserve a room?

I also synched the old calendar with the new (Google), adding items for Oct., Nov., Dec., and Jan.

There's one conflict. Next Tuesday, People to People are meeting in the boardroom from 5-8 pm. The foundation is supposed to meet in there 7-8:30pm.

Also, I changed the time settings from military time to normal (a '"p" to represent pm is automatically inserted). I made the entries consistent and edited a few entries' names so that an important word was visible (since the words don't wrap). Otherwise you would have to click through to understand what the item is. E.g., monthly table craft=>table craft; Thomas Ford Library Foundation meeting=>Foundation meeting.
