I put two Rules of the Road books with reference only stickers on them in the local interest file behind the reference desk. I also put 6-7 of them in one of the slots under the Community Bulletin Board for patrons to take. The rest of them are in the workroom on the bottom right shelf nearest the locked door. Hope that helps.

The other OPAC in the circulation area keeps freezing up.

Found one misshelved copy of the cummulative title index to CLC - to vol. 140.

We have always had 2 copies of the Contemporary Authors index, but I do not actually remember how many CLC indexes we had.

Speaking of databases, I had 2 different calls from people this week having trouble accessing Standard & Poor's from home. I've found that if you have them change the setting for "cookies" in their browser to "accept all cookies," that does the trick. Go to Tools=>Options=>Privacy=>Cookies, depending on your browser, to change them. --Kristin

There are six databases. If you don't see Amazing Animals today, you should see it tomorrow.

As I mentioned before, some computers' security settings will block Grolier. If this happens, try allowing the Grolier URL in your Internet "options," under "cookies" or -- as the Grolier tech support person told me -- you can go to the Norton Anti-Virus website for a workaround. OR, ask me! :)
