This morning I reinstalled the Microsoft Publisher on Internet #3 in the reference area. It will no longer give us an error message on rebooting or ask for the disc while using the software.
I also reinstalled the Flashplayer on Internet #3, so YouTube can now be seen from both Internet Explorer and Firefox.
On Internet #5, I removed the pop-up message about trying Quickbooks.
