The Dreamtree Shakers are a family friendly folk-pop band making music in and around Chicago, where they have all been teaching artists at the Old Town School of Folk Music. Featuring guitar, sax, flute, drums and vocals, their sound is vibrant and engaging. They recently released their 5th full-length album, Baby Bear Wonders About the Sea, complete with an illustrated book of “songs you can see” to enrich the listening experience. The carefully crafted live show appeals to children of all ages (including the grown-ups in the room) making their sound hard to categorize but easy to love. They will share songs and stories from their full catalog of records. Please join us for a magical event full of stories from the sea and beyond that are sure to inspire your imagination and delight your spirit. Books will be available for purchase and signing after the show!
