Discover what makes Filipino food unique and irresistible with Chef Kathy Hardy, owner of A Taste of the Philippines. Chef Hardy will demonstrate how to make Chicken Adobo and lead an interactive Lumpia wrapping session. Samples will be provided of these classic, well-loved Filipino dishes.
