Room Reservations

Exam Cram will take place from December 13-18. During this time study room reservations will be limited to 1 hour and must be made in-person at the Reference Desk.

The Program Room is a large open space that can be set up in a variety of ways to meet users’ needs. A small kitchen for refreshments is located in this room.

Equipment

The Community Room includes a mounted projector and screen system. You may also request laptops and other equipment when making your room reservation.

Seating

There are 10 rectangular tables and 65 chairs available for use in the Program Room. You will be expected to setup the room yourself and return to it’s original state when finished. You can seat about 50 people comfortably with an acceptable view of the screen.
