Make your own binoculars, then go on a bird-watching adventure to find the Illinois birds nesting in the Youth Services Department. This program is made possible by the Flight Path grant. Disclaimer(s) Safe Child Policy Parents/caregivers of children 8 years and under are required to stay in the Youth Services Department for the duration of the program per library policy.
